The Alpha Delta Phi Society's day-to-day operations are managed by its officers and Board of Governors. Pursuant to a Constitutional Amendment ratified in 2006, the Board consists of 12 graduate members, elected to staggered three-year terms, and four undergraduate members, elected to staggered one-year terms. The Society's president and vice president must be Governors. The secretary and treasurer may be elected governors. If one or both are not, they then hold non-voting ex officio positions on the board. The Alpha Delta Phi Society's current officers and Governors include: Officers President: Craig C.
